Set in a small hamlet with spectacular views into the beautiful Pratomagno Mountains, La Capanna is a converted agricultural building which has recently been renovated so as to retain a traditional Tuscan character. Accommodation Summary :
La Capanna sleeps up to six people. It has three main rooms and a bathroom. The living/dining room has a superb view into the mountains and has a large fully equipped kitchen area. It also contains a good double sofa-bed. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a second bedroom has 2 single beds. The large bathroom contains a shower, WC, bidet and hand basin.
Wonderful Florence
The famous cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo are all easily accessible, and offer an incredible range of things to see and do.
Local Restaurants
Cascia, in easy walking distance, has two great restaurants as well as bars. A little further afield there are numerous other excellent restaurants and bars.
Transport
A car is very useful, but not essential. There are local buses and the nearest railway station can easily be reached by bus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in your lovely cottage we had a fantastic two weeks of walking, hiking and sightseeing all around the area (Visitors from Midlothian, Scotland)

Thanks for the wonderful stay at your place, we enjoyed ourselves very much. A beautiful place and garden, and of course the region, the food and the wine. We did all the highlights but also spent time in the garden reading and sipping those beautiful wines. (A couple of musicians from Holland)

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
