The Villa is in a modern, new residential complex, which is ideally located. Only 4 minutes drive to the beautiful unspoilt Caribbean beach Es Trenc, which is 9 km long and surrounded by a nature reserve. 15 minutes away there is Son Antem Marriot 18 hole golf course, spa centre, and water park.
Palma centre is just 25-30 minutes drive. There is a supermarket 5 minutes from the property.
The house is new, beautifully furnished and well equipped. There are 2 double bedrooms (one on-suite)another bathroom, WC, and fully equipped kitchen.
The house has 3 terraces and is a perfect base to laze away the long hot days at the lagoon style pool.
The lovely private garden is equipped with table, chairs and BBQ, ideal to have breakfast outside and for barbecues, and is perfect for enjoying the long hot sunny days and the alfresco dining.

*The property will be available to you on your arrival and we ask our guests to vacate the property mid-morning of their departure day, this is to ensure that we can clean the property for the arrival of our next guests. However, if the property is available it is not a problem if you wish to stay for the whole day.
*The property has special facilities for disabled guests with easy access to the house and swimming pool.

Mallorca is one of the most beautiful islands in Europe. Here you can enjoy mountain, sea and rural views all at once. It only takes an hour and a half to drive from North to South & has plenty of lovely places to visit, from Old Mallorca farmhouse museums, vineyards & markets, to water parks & Flamenco shows with dinner and the choice of 20 golf courses. There is walking, cycling, swimming, climbing, caving, diving & all sorts of sailing to be had all over the island. It is blessed with beautiful beaches, some of them still virgin, mountains and lovely landscapes. There are so many places to visit from museums, vineyards, cellars, markets, and local festivals. For relaxed beach swimming and shoreline activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing or even kite surfing, look South and East for the less touristy beaches.
 
Sa Rapita / Es Trenc region
Es Trenc is in the south of Mallorca near the small village of Ses Capetes. It is one of the few beaches which are relatively untouched by tourist facilities.
The beach is 3000m long, thanks to attempts from locals and ecologists to preserve the natural coastline. In 1984 Es Trenc was declared a "Special Interest Natural Area".
There are bars at either end of the beach, sun beds and parasols are available, although in limited numbers.
A part of Es Trenc is a recognized naturist or nudist beach. Most people tend towards the middle of the beach for this purpose. To walk from one end of the beach to the other takes about half an hour but the long stretches of white sand make it well worth the effort.
Access can be difficult. The roads are not particularly well sign-posted, and the main car park, with limited space charges a fee, it is advisable to arrive early.
 
Further details
The whole island is within easy reach. If you plan to leave the property the next village, Sa Rapita is 2 km - or visit Sa Estañol, a small fishing village. The largest village, Campos, is 8km away or there is Llucmajor which has a street market on Sundays. There are traditional Spanish towns, with weekly markets. There are many local shops and supermarkets which cater for international needs. There are restaurants and bars, banks, and a medical centre.
The cosmopolitan city of Palma has many shops (including designer) and nightlife and the beautiful marina. You can enjoy the many activities on offer around the many nearby towns. We have 24 hour security in place and the complex is superbly run and well maintained, thus assuring you, and all our guests, a relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
