Beautiful holiday villa with stunning sea views

This luxurious, 3-bedroom villa is located on the sunny Costa Tropical of Granada, just above the quaint seaside town of Salobrena. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need to enjoy a fun & relaxing holiday, including a child-safe, private heated pool, a 6-seater hot tub and 2 enormous terraces.
The exterior of the villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it with creative uses of terracotta and ceramic tile, bricks & stone. The villa is tastefully decorated with top quality furnishings. The villa has all the modern conveniences such as WIFI internet access and central hot & cold air conditioning that can be controlled individually by room.
The setting of this villa is very unique and picturesque as the house is built into a huge rock that is bordered by pine trees. It is very peaceful here and one has the feeling of being very close to nature. The plot is south facing so it is very sunny. The sunrises are well worth waking up for!

Granada city with the spectacular Alhambra Palace and the Sierra Nevada is only 45 minutes away. Other places of interest include the small mountain villages of the Alpujarras, Salobrena and its Moorish castle, Almunecar with its markets and Roman ruins, La Herradura with its beautiful harbour and Nerja with its underground caves. This area is still Spanish and much less touristic than the Costa del Sol.

Two weeks of pure bliss! Lovely villa and we all had a fantastic time splashing about in the pool. Really well kitted out house - you have thought of everything. Day out to the caves of Nerja really worthwhile - Nerja: great atmosphere. Chinese (The Golden Sun) in La Herradura "yummy". Alhambra Palace "fab". La Herradura beach stony but nice. La Bahia in Salobrena "tasty meal".

Six tired, stressed people arrived at this lovely villa, six rejuventated and happy people departed. All the ingredients for a relaxing and memorable week are here, with many thanks to Marla and Juan who have thought of just about everything for comfort.

The weather has been good to us and any cloud was a welcome respite. Lots of swimming and hot tubbing and enjoying the panoramic views.

Our last night we ate at Mirador del Cerro Gordo - the views are fabulous and the food delicious - well recommended.

We shall be back.

We had a perfect week - many thanks. The villa was fantastic - and the child friendly touches (the swiming pool guard, the stairgates and the bed guard) meant we could really relax and enjoy our time without worrying! Thank you also for the welcome pack of food - it was much appreciated.
