all booking made befor the end of april will get a dicount of 10%.

to book this poperty a 50% deposit will have to be paid .
there will be a 500 euro cash deposit on arrivall returned 3 days after departure .
payments will be a direct transfer to uk bank .
a contract for this property will be read and sighned befor any payment .

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
