Paella Cottage - Charming 2 bedroom hoilday home with Shared Swimming Pool

Paella Cottage is our 2 bedroom terraced house located in a quiet area. It is within walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches and also close to shops and restaurants. The house has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin. The house has a large kitchen/dining room that is fully equipped with all the essentials. There is an upstairs family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. There are air conditioning units in the master bedroom and living area. Paella Cottage has an abundance of outside space. There is a front terrace, a back yard (containing a washing machine and shower), a balcony leading from the master bedroom and a private roof top solarium. There is plenty of choice where to relax and enjoy the Spanish sun and fantastic views across the nature reserve to the sea. The communal pool is only a few paces away. Murcia, San Javier airport is only a 20 minutes drive and Alicante airport less than 1 hour.

Notes on Amenities :   There is a private rooftop solarium with views across the nature reserve to the sea. For added security, all doors and windows have lockable gates. Towels and bed linen are provided (not beach towels) There are lilo's, beach chairs and and a beach parasol for your use. There is a small selection of CD's, DVD's, books and games. We would prefer it if you do not smoke in the house but do not have a problem if you smoke on the terraces. There are air-conditioning units in the master bedroom and living room. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. Please Note: There are NOT ANY additional charges for cleaning fees or the fair usage of the air conditioning.

The town of San Pedro Del Pinatar and its neighbouring coastal resort of Lo Pagan are situated on the northern tip of the Mar Menor, a natural salt water lagoon with several blue flag beaches, safe bathing and warm water. At the Mar Menor are the famous mudbaths, rich in therapeutic minerals. The fine sandy beaches look across the Mar Menor to the famous La Manga strip which has the renowned La Manga Golf Resort, a 20minute drive away. Within a short walk is the national park “Las Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar”, which are home to lots of wildlife including flamingos. A cycle track takes you through the national park and salt flats to the marina and the Mediterranean.
 
Lo Pagan & San Pedro Del Pinatar
Lo Pagan offers several bars, cafes and restaurants along its lengthy promenade shaded by palm trees. It is an enjoyable evening walk and there is a fairground and plenty of nightlife in the summer. San Pedro del Pinatar is a small Spanish town with tapas bars, restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets. The local market on a Monday and is in the centre of town which is a 15 minute walk away. The bus station is also a 15 minute walk from the house. There are several local bars/restaurants very close to the house as well as a small English supermarket.
 
Activities
Golfers are spoilt for choice in this area with 3 courses, Villamartin, Campoamar and Las Ramblas, only a 15 minutes drive away.There are also facilities for sailing, water skiing, para gliding, boat trips, fishing, diving, wind surfing, jet skiing and horse riding within a short drive. There is a large shopping mall less than 10 minutes drive away, which contains a good selection of shops, fast food restaurants, a hypermarket, cinemas and ten pin bowling.
A 30 minutes drive south will take you to historic city of Cartagena, which is well worth a visit. There is a beautiful marina with boat trips around the harbour. Most of the sights can be found in one central area, all within easy walking distance.
A short drive north will take you into the Alicante region which is on the Costa Blanca. The resorts of Playa Flamenca and Torreveija (amongst others) are all within a short drive and you will find many beaches to explore with excellent facilities, bars, restaurants and shops.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert.
