It has a balcony with sea views, a large swimming pool, and lovely views of the surrounding area.
The apartment faces south, which means you have a lovely sunny position all day.
We are only 2 minutes from the beach, bars, and shops.
There are lovely scenic walks and walks through the parrot park.
Close to Palma with its beautiful cathedral, Palma Nova, and Magalluf.
There is excellent public transport which is 5 minutes from the apartment and it is very cheap to Magalluf, Palma Nova and Palma.

Security coded entry to building.
All towels, hand, bath, beach, tea towels, and bedding provided. I am flexible on change over day. I only accept either 2 adults or 2 adults and 1/2 children.
I DO NOT accept single sex groups.

In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
