This apartment is ideal for families and couples as it contains easy access to the pool and garden area without the need for trawling up and down stairs. The property is approached through electronic gates using a remote control key provided and offers cool and safe underground parking if required. There is a telephone intercom system linked to the main gate which is manned 24 hrs a day. There are two large and four smaller outdoor pools set within beautiful tropical gardens and a 25m heated indoor pool making the complex ideal for use all year round. There are always free sun loungers around the pool for shared use. There are 5 sun loungers provided for use in the private garden and a large round table with 6 chairs for alfresco dining. The apartment has its own underground parking bay if required which can mean a nice cool car when it is really hot. There is a lift which goes down to the parking area if required.

Additional Information :
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking. The final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A security deposit of £200 is required with final payment which will be fully refundable when the keys have been returned and our agents have confirmed that there is no damage to the apartment and that no excess cleaning was required.
Location
The apartment is wonderfully located in the centre of the south west of Mallorca - this means that it is an ideal spot from which to go exploring the island. Nothing is very far away. Santa Ponsa is a 5 min drive, Palma Nova is a 10 min drive and Palma is a 15 min drive. The lovely port of Andratx is a 20 min drive and the exclusive Puerto Portals with its fantastic marina, designer shops and wonderful restaurants is only 10 mins away.
Local amenities
Port Adriano has various restaurants including gourmet, a great pizzeria and a tapas bar. There is also a 5 star hotel overlooking the fabulous bay. There is a small supermarket in Port Adriano. Other much larger supermarkets can be found in Santa Ponsa and they cater for every taste and need. Santa Ponsa also has a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, banks and pharmacies. A British Medical Centre can be found in both Santa Ponsa and Palma Nova.
Travel
Palma airport is only a 25 min drive from the apartment and the nearest motorway which can take you to the main attractions around the whole island is 3 miles away. Car hire is not essential, but it is recommended so that you can get the most out of such a beautiful island. There are local buses in the area of the apartment and several taxi firms.
