Notes on Amenities :   Haus Bellevue is set in it's own grounds with large Garden area and sizeable south facing Patio equipped with Garden Furniture and Sun Loungers. The view and the warm sunny position can also be enjoyed from one of the rustic Benches placed around the property. For our younger guests there is a purpose built play area and tree house with wavy slide. Guests have use of a private car park, ski and snowboard room, bicycle stands and free Wifi functioning throughout the house and grounds. Additional Services include an on-site Ski and Snowboard Equipment Hire Service at competetive rates.

The Lungau Valley is one of Austria's best kept secrets enjoying little in the way of mass Tourism and yet with great facilities and opportunities to suit a great range of Holiday Makers. The beautiful mountainous landscape provides the perfect place for outdoor activities and sports. In the Winter visitors enjoy several sizeable ski areas with much off-piste and cross-country ski tracks. Also Horse-drawn Carriage Rides, Ice-skating, Snow Shoe Tours, Winter Walks, Sledging, Golf, and numerous cosy Alpine Huts serving hot drinks and local delicacies. In the warmer months there is chance to explore with countless Hiking and Walking Trails to mountain lakes and waterfalls, a long stretch of well signed Nordic Walking paths,a network of Mountain Bike and Cycle trails, Golf, heated outdoor Swimming Pools, Mini-Golf, Fun-Parks and Nature Reserves, Fishing Lakes and Rivers, Tennis, Horseriding, Historic attractions, day trip opportunities and so much more.
 
Travelling to and around the Lungau
Haus Bellevue is ideally located for access by car, bus, or train and bus and is within easy reach of several airports. Situated only 1km from the Autobahn, the accommodation is perfect for day trips around Austria. St Michael is in the heart of the Lungau and travelling around the valley can be achieved by either bus, car or private taxi. The Public Transport is excellent and in Summer and Winter the Valley provides a very reliable Täler Bus servicing the whole region and suitable for walkers, bike riders, explorers and in winter, skiers and snowboarders.. To travel with your own car or a hire car naturally offers greater freedom and would allow you to fully explore the large holiday region.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert.
