Beautiful pentouse with fabulous views La Casa at La Tercia Golf Resort

La Casa is a beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse sleeping 6 comfortably and has been thoughtfully equipped and furnished to ensure you have a really comfortable holiday.

The penthouse has loads of space including a huge 90 sqm solarium equipped with a BBQ, sunbeds, outsiding dining. The views across the resort to the Carrascoy mountains from both the spacious balcony and the solarium ar simply stunning.

The resort is set in wonderful rolling Murcia countryside yet is only 15 minutes or so to the beaches of the Costa Calida or 30 minutes to Murcia and Cartagena and to the airport at San Javier and 50 minutes to Alicante Airport. All these areas are served by first class motorway connections.

The penthouse also overlooks the beautiful communal gardens and pool area and is located near to the tennis and five a side courts and bowling green. The Golf course is available all year round and the resort is located near to other superb golf courses in the surrounding areas.

Notes on Amenities :   La Casa is a fully equipped luxury penthouse apartment with ample outside space equipped for outside living with superb views to the Carrascoy Mountains. The resort is a new golf resort but is suitable for family holidays and is a great base for visiting the fantastic region of Murcia.

The onsite 9 hole golf course designed by Pepe Gancedo is challenging and interesting. On site there is a pro-shop and golf equipment, trollies and buggies area available to hire. The location of La Tercia means it is central to a wide range of golf courses in the area - and we can arrange discount golf for you on request.

We have a built in BBQ on the solarium - fantastic for an early evening BBQ watching the sunset over the mountains.

The Clubhouse has a great tapas bar, sport bar and restaurant overlooking the only aqua driving range in Spain. There are local restaurants in the nearby village and plenty of choice in Los Alcazares some 20 minutes drive from the resort.

There are ample local bars and restaurants - in the local village of La Tercia, on site Casa Club and Restaurant, Roldan, Balsicas, Sucina and Los Alcazares
 
Transport
Car hire is recommended although there is a intermittent local bus service

There is a local train station at Balsicas with services into Cartagena and into Murcia City - a great day out either way

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense.
