Thank you again for all you have done for us prior to travelling and the constant cheerful communication. We really appreciate the rental of your property and were astounded at how perfect it is- the pictures don't do it justice! We were so stunned with how modern and well finished the apartment is, as well as the building. The swimming pools were perfect- we enjoyed many a sunny day there. The people were fantastic- management, cleaners, bar staff, lifeguard, security- all so friendly and helpful. We found the apartment to be the perfect distance form the main busy part of Sunny Beach- an ideal distance for a stroll home after dinner.

Just a quick note to thank you for use of the apartment, absolutely fantastic location, just out of the centre of Sunny Beach but close enough to 'dip in'. Really good size and well specified apartment in a development with two pools that more than cater for the number of apartments.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
