Very nice Apartment 130m2, 5 rooms with 2 bedrooms ( 2 double beds & a mattress) in the quiet & safe area of Rusafa. At 15 to max. 20 min. walk from the main Renfe railway station Valencia Norte and the Pla�a del Ajuntamiento. Not far from the Ciuadad de Las Ciencias.

Very nice & big Apartment 130 m2 on the seventh floor (with new lift) of a renovated building, on the top floor.
2 Bedrooms with 2 double beds and a mattress, nice sunny big Living room with TV, place for study & internet access, parquet floor, 2 Bathrooms (bathtubes and bidet), Central Heating & Air Conditioning,
Typical Spanish Kitchen fully equipped and Dining room. Spacious, totally refurbished & nicely decorated.

The rooms are overlooking a type of Mediterranean-arab central inner quiet square, therefore they are very quiet at night. Secured entrance with video camera.

Transport connection, bus stops nearby or taxi.
Unless for visiting the countryside, a car is not required. There is a secured parking not far from it.

Flat ideal to visit the City of Sciences, the old city with the Miguelete and El Barrio del Carmen.

Our whole family very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment . The apartment itself was spacious, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Location was good: easy walking distance to the railway station and city centre, and from there a short metro ride to the beach. Buses pass close by for the City of Arts and Sciences. Two supermarkets very close by for shopping. Quiet characterful neighbourhood. The air conditioning was very welcome in August! We would happily return

We stayed in the app.in july 2010.
it really is a wonderfull appartement to stay! Very clean,comfortabel and the airco was also great! Ruzafa is an nice part of Valencia.We rent an bike for one week and really enjoyded biking through the beautifull parts of the city.
Recommended for: Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
